Notable Features
This product is made to help you break out of your hungover state with aromatherapy. The scents are: Peppermint, Tagetes, Sweet Orange, Fennel, and Chocolate.
I am not a big booze drinker and I have never been hung over, so I have never actually used this product the way it was intended to be used. Instead, I use it when I need a mood boost and a pick-me-up.
Packaging
If you buy this Emotibomb in store, you just pop it in a yellow LUSH paper bag. If you order it online, you get it in a clear cello bag.
Experience Using Product
You can easily tell if you have an old Emotibomb if it takes forever to dissolve in your shower - or if it seems to stop dissolving all together. A fresh one should dissolve in minutes. Additionally, if it is old the scent will be weak - a fresh one has a strong noticeable smell.
The aromatherapy vapors released when the oils in this product mix with your shower steam is heavenly. If you want the best scent possible, use your other scented products (shampoo, body wash, soap) before you pop this baby in the shower, so you get the full benefit of the scent and it doesn’t mix with the scents of your other products.
Would I Re-Purchase, Recommend, or Reject
I’ve gone through 4 of these and have 4 more in my LUSH stash - so I most definitely would re-purchase this product.
I recommend this product to someone who does not have a strong sensitivity to scents like peppermint. It is the strongest note in this aromatherapy gem. If you are not sure you’re going to like it, definitely get your butt into LUSH and take a whiff before you buy!
