If you are a NARS addict like I am, you'll know there are some hit-and-miss products in their line-up; by posting reviews about what I have, hopefully I can steer NARS newbies and those looking to invest in quality products away from some potentially not-so-great purchases.

Notable Features
NARS eye shadows are pricey; I would strongly recommend that if you are interested in trying out a NARS eye shadow, you pick up a duo instead of a single. The singles are $26.00 each where the duos are $38.00 - that’s only $12.00 dollars price difference for two shades instead of one. It is definitely the better investment!
Packaging
This eye shadow duo comes in a black rubberized mirror-compact, with NARS written in skinny white font on the top. The packaging shows dirt/smudges/oil very easily and is hard to keep clean and looking hygienic.
Experience Using Product
Misfit is yet another one of those NARS duos that is pretty well know; Isabella Rosselini is featured in a NARS ad wearing it.
Every time I hear the name of the duo I think of Gem and the Holograms (a cartoon from the 80s, created by Mattel); their enemy was the band The Misfits.
One side of this duo is a shimmery champagne gold, and the other side is a shimmery emerald green with gold shine. Sounds hard to pull of, right?
It totally is.
I bought this duo because it’s unique. I’ve worn it twice - not exactly the best investment. Both times that I wore this duo, I used the champagne gold shade on my lids and the green as a liner. I suppose I could be really bold someday and use the green on my lids, but I just haven’t gotten that brave yet.
Would I Re-Purchase, Recommend, or Reject
I would not buy this duo again - I bought it for the wrong reasons.
I would only recommend this duo to you if you are absolutely sure you want to wear colors like this; swatching it before purchase might be a good idea!
