Experience Using Product
I don’t have a brown/nude blush, and wanted to add this one to my collection. Initially when I bought this blush, I wasn’t sure I would like it. This is because a lot of the other fair-skinned bloggers who reviewed this blush all claimed it was too dark for them to use as a blush, and that they were more tempted to use it as a contour shade or a bronzer. I figured, worse come to worse, that would be exactly how I would end up using it if it was too dark for me to wear as blush.
I am very happy I bought this blush - it’s the perfect nude shade for me. Pressed Amber is a blend of nude, beige and brown pigment. It looks matte in the pan, but it’s actually got a bit of a satin sheen. The pigmentation of this blush is silky smooth, and there are no shimmer or glitter chunks to speak of in it.
I use a standard puffy blush-brush to apply this to the apples of my cheeks - one swipe across the surface of the blush and that’s all I need. The blush gives me just enough color to give my cheeks a pretty warm glow of brown, like I’ve had sun.

Would I Re-Purchase, Recommend, or Reject
I am extremely happy with this purchase; it was just what I was looking for. If you are also looking for a nude blush then yes, I would absolutely recommend this blush to you. If you’re a MAC collector, definitely pick this up.
You can get this blush from the MAC website or your local counter; remember that it’s Limited Edition, though - so once it’s gone, it’s gone!
