Hype and curiosity. I wanted to know if this product really does last for 12-Hours, and if the quality is as high as everyone claims it is.

Another bit of information that I learned from watching Pinkiecharm’s review of this product is that the color pan pops out of the compact - it’s magnetized and will fit in other magnetic compacts (like a Z palette)!
Packaging
The blush comes in a round compact that is the same color as the blush contained in it. In my case, that’s a bright frickin’ pinky-red. Think of a cross between NARS Exhibit A and Desire blushes - it’s strawberry red.
Experience Using Product
Holy Pigmentation, Batgirl!
This blush is very highly pigmented; to get enough color to apply to my cheeks, all I had to do was lightly tap my brush into the pan.
The blush powder is very satiny. It looks like it’s loaded with shimmer in the pan but it applies very matte. I’ve never seen a drugstore company produce a shade like this one.
On my fair skin, this blush can look really intense if I don’t blend it well. I can see myself avoiding using this in the winter, because it will look really bright on my face (add some windburn or chilly-cheeks and it would be a hot mess).
Ladies with darker skin tones will probably like this shade more than I do. I actually wish I had bought a more pale-friendly shade like Dollface or Exposed.
I don’t think this blush lasted 12 hours on my face - mostly because it had to blend like crazy in order to get it look halfway decent. It lasted a full work day - 8 hours.
Would I Re-Purchase, Recommend, or Reject
Based on how little product I need to use to get a good application, this blush is going to be around for awhile. I cannot see myself needing to re-purchase anytime soon.
I’m not crazy about this shade - I was expecting something different than what I got. This is a major downside to ordering something online before you actually see it in person at a store. For that reason, I would not re-purchase this particular shade. I am more inclined to grab Dollface or Exposed. The quality of this blush is great, so it's definitely worth picking up a shade that I will use more frequently.
I would recommend this blush to someone who was looking for a really well-pigmented blush that comes in a multitude of shades, and lasts on your cheeks for a long time without fading or oxidizing.
