Dare to Wear Challenge for Japan

Hopefully if you are reading my blog, you also read Funny Face Beauty, a lovely blog published by Alicia. If you haven't seen her blog, you should check her out!

Anyway, Alicia is doing a charity challenge to raise money in support of the victims of the recent tsunami in Japan. The idea behind the challenge is that people who follow Alicia's blog create a makeup look inspired by Japanese culture. For every makeup look Alicia receives, she and her family will donate $10.00 CDN to the Canadian Red Cross.

Here is what inspired my look:

I wanted to do something funky with my eyes, while also doing some of the geisha look. So, I did some crazy black eyeliner with white glitter liner, made the rest of my eye makeup and face makeup very pale, and then did a pop of red on my cheeks and lips.

I had lots of fun doing this look - I hope you all like it!
